I founded this practice on a simple but powerful belief: adaptability isn’t just about surviving change it’s about designing the capability to thrive through continuous transformation whilst building something meaningful in the process. After more than a decade working in leadership and organizational development, I’ve witnessed the same pattern repeatedly: well-intentioned change initiatives that start with enthusiasm but fade within months, leaving teams more cynical and leaders more frustrated than before.
The breakthrough came during my eight years leading teams across nonprofit and business sectors. I realized the fundamental flaw in how we approach change: most solutions focus on managing individual changes rather than building the underlying capabilities that make any change possible. This insight, combined with my Maxwell Leadership training and extensive work in behavioral analysis, led to the development of the Adaptability Advantage System™.
