Why we are here

Many individuals, businesses and other organisations over many generations including today have lived far short of their desired goals which has resulted in them not serving their world as effectively as should. A contributing factor to this issue has been lack of effective skill and understanding required to bring about transformational change beginning with themselves to the world around them. Another major cause of this problem is the over complication of what it takes to lead individual lives, families and organisations effectively, thus making it harder to understand how to lead impactfully.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Counselling concentrates on the person’s past and deals with healing emotional pain. It is therefore geared towards understanding and resolving the past. Thereby, helping someone move forward and be able to reach their individual potential in life while Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Such that it helps an individual identify goals, set them and plan a way to achieve them through actionable strategies.

Customer service works to make it easy for customers to resolve specific issues.
